Brone's Camp

This weekend my dad and I drove down to Fountain City for the Brone's training camp. I went last year and it was a ton of fun riding on the super quiet roads near Winona.

The weather was great for the camp this year and on Saturday we were able to get a solid 50 miles in. The ride was great and I was able to chat with Jens Brabbit and Gregg Brandt a ton on the ride.

Sunday's ride had even better weather than the day before. The ride was super relaxed for the first 2 hours then 6 of us turned off to get in a few extra miles. There were some solid shenanigans in the last few hours of the ride and we ended up getting 80 miles in.

This camp was super fun and I really liked both day's rides a ton! Brone's Bike Shop that put on this camp was such a nice shop and is super classy on the inside! Mark and Gary Brone do a great job of running that shop and you should make sure to stop in there whenever you're in the area!Next up for me is the Flanders/MBRC camp this coming weekend.





On a side note, after sunday's ride I hit up the Nelson Creamery and picked up one of these drinks. IT WAS AMAZING!! Just a random thing from this weekend!
